Mushrooms on Toasted Ciabatta

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Ciabatta
- 1 handful Mushrooms
- 100g Castle MacLellan Mushroom Pate
- 1 small knob Butter (garlic butter if desired)
Instructions

Slice mushrooms into quarters.

Heat a non-stick frying pan & add your knob of butter.

Add your mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes.

While your mushrooms are cooking, slice your ciabatta (as shown), lightly toast & spread 100g of mushroom pate evenly on both slices.

Once cooked, on your mushrooms to your ciabatta & serve!
