Mushrooms on Toasted Ciabatta

  • 1 loaf Ciabatta
  • 1 handful Mushrooms
  • 100g Castle MacLellan Mushroom Pate
  • 1 small knob Butter (garlic butter if desired)


  1. Slice mushrooms into quarters.

  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan & add your knob of butter.

  3. Add your mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  4. While your mushrooms are cooking, slice your ciabatta (as shown), lightly toast & spread 100g of mushroom pate evenly on both slices.

  5. Once cooked, on your mushrooms to your ciabatta & serve!
