Smoked Salmon Pâté Starter

  • 1 pot Castle MacLellan Smoked Salmon Pâté
  • 50 g Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Melba Toast


  1. Mix the salmon pate, chopped dill and lemon zest together

  2. Divide the mixture between the two ramekins

  3. Divide the smoked salmon into two and place on top of each ramekin

  4. Garnish with a sprig of dill

  5. Serve with a side of melba toast
