Salmon, Prawn & Smoked Salmon Cocktails

Servings 6 people


  • 100 g Castle MacLellan Salmon Light Pâté
  • 1 packet Cooked Warm Water Prawns
  • 50 g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Lemon
  • Dill For Garnish


  1. Place 2 chopped prawns into the bottom of each shot glass.

  2. Chop the smoked salmon and the place on top of the prawns in each shot glass.

  3. Top with a large tsp of salmon light pâté.

  4. Garnish with one whole prawn, a small slice of lemon and a piece of dill.
