Mini Puff Pastry Chicken Pâté & Fig Pizzas

Servings 6 pizzas


  • 1 pot Castle MacLellan Chicken Liver Pâté
  • 3 Figs
  • 1 Egg
  • A pack of shop bought pastry
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sherry/Port
  • Chopped chives for garnish


  1. Roll out puff pastry, cut into 6 rounds and egg wash

  2. Bake in oven at 200c (fan) for 10 minutes

  3. Whilst the pastry is baking, in a small pan add the sugar and sherry, reduce down to a coating consistency, then add the figs (first cut each into 4) and gently cook for 2 minutes

  4. Top each pastry round once cooked with the pate (split evenly between the 6)

  5. Add two fig slices to each round, drizzle the residual juice across each pastry and finally garnish with chopped chives
