Light Chicken Liver Pâté Open Baguette with Honey Balsamic Roasted Fig


  • ½ pot of Castle MacLellan Light Chicken Liver Pâté 50g
  • 1 small baguette
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Pea shoots or lettuce to garnish


  1. Cut the fig into four slices, place on baking tray and drizzle on the honey and balsamic glaze
  2. Place under a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Half the baguette and place under a hot grill until each side is golden brown, turning when required
  4. Add the Light Chicken Liver Pâté to one half of the baguette, top with the roasted fig slices and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  5. Garnish with pea shoots or lettuce
