Field mushroom stuffed with mushroom pâté
FIELD MUSHROOM STUFFED WITH MUSHROOM PÂTÉ
Excite your senses with our gourmet BBQ mushrooms, topped with our luxury Oven Roasted Mushroom Pate.
Ingredients
- 4 large field or Portobello mushrooms
- 113 grams Castle MacLellan Oven Roasted Mushroom Pâté or
- 113 grams Castle MacLellan Rannoch Smoked Duck Pâté
- olive oil
- parsley to garnish
Instructions

Select large field or portobello mushrooms.

Remove the stalks. You can keep them to create a mushroom soup with our Castle Maclellan Mushroom pâté.

Season the mushrooms and roll in olive oil. Place the potatoes in a tin foil lined with greaseproof paper then place on a BBQ.

When ready, serve with a spoonful of Castle Maclellan pate.
