FIELD MUSHROOM STUFFED WITH MUSHROOM PÂTÉ

Ingredients

  • 4 large field or Portobello mushrooms
  • 113 grams Castle MacLellan Oven Roasted Mushroom Pâté or
  • 113 grams Castle MacLellan Rannoch Smoked Duck Pâté
  • olive oil
  • parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. Select large field or portobello mushrooms.

  2. Remove the stalks. You can keep them to create a mushroom soup with our Castle Maclellan Mushroom pâté.

  3. Season the mushrooms and roll in olive oil. Place the potatoes in a tin foil lined with greaseproof paper then place on a BBQ.

  4. When ready, serve with a spoonful of Castle Maclellan pate.
