Crab & Salmon Shots

  • 1 pot Castle MacLellan Luxury Orkney Crab Terrine
  • 30 ml Single Cream
  • 30 g Chopped Smoked Salmon
  • Flat leaf parsley for garnish
  • 1/2 Lemon Filleted


  1. Mix together the crab terrine and single cream

  2. Divide the chopped salmon between the 4 glasses

  3. Divide the crab mixture between the 4 glasses

  4. Top with a small fillet of lemon and a piece of flat leaf parsley
