- 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 100 g pack Castle MacLellan Luxury Orkney Crab Terrine
- Sesame seeds
- Basil leaves to garnish
- Teriyaki or Soy Sauce to serve
Preheat a hot grill and toast one side of the sliced bread until golden. Reduce the grill to medium heat.
On a chopping board generously spread the un-toasted side of each slice of bread with Crab Terrine and sprinkle over sesame seeds to cover.
Cut each slice into 4 triangles and place on a grill pan under medium heat until the sesame seeds start to brown.
Arrange the browned Crab and Sesame Seed Toasts on a serving plate, garnish with basil leaves and serve with either Teriyaki or Soy Sauce.
