- 1 tub Castle McLellan Crab Pate
- 1 Pack Blinis
- 100 g Crème Fraiche
- 5 g Mild Curry Powder
- 1 Lime
- Mango Chutney
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Cayenne Pepper Garnish (optional)
- Chopped Chives Garnish (Optional)
Mix the Castle MacLellan Crab Pate with the curry powder and mango chutney.
Mix the crème fraiche with lime juice and season to taste.
Spoon Approx. 10g of the crème fraiche mix on to each blini.
Top with 10g of Castle MacLellan Crab Pate mix.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and chopped chives (optional).
