Chicken Liver Pate Club Sandwich

  • 6 slices white bloomer loaf
  • 100g pack Castle MacLellan Chicken Liver Pate
  • 6 slices tomato
  • Little gem lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsps chilli jam


  1. Toast the slices of bread on both sides until golden brown.

  2. For each club sandwich, generously spread one slice of toasted bread with Chicken Liver Pate, then top with 3 slices of tomato and a few lettuce leaves to cover.

  3.  Spoon1 tbsp of chilli jam over another slice of toast and place jam side down over the lettuce.

  4.  Spread more Chicken Liver Pate over the top slice of toast, and layer up with more lettuce leaves.

  5. Spread the remaining slice of toasted bead with chilli jam and place on top of the sandwich as before. Repeat for the second sandwich.

  6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.

  7. Tips:  Add a couple of crispy fried bacon slices on top of the Chicken Liver pate.

              Add leftover cooked and sliced chicken or turkey.
