- 1 Tub Castle MacLellan Pate
- 1 Pack Blinis
- 100 g Soft cheese
- 1 Lemon (Half for juice, half for garnish)
- 5 g Chopped Dill (Reserve some for garnishing)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix Soft Cheese, Lemon Juice & Dill in a bowl and add seasoning to taste.
Spoon approx. 10g of the mix on to each blini.
Top each blini with 10g of Castle MacLellan Salmon Pate.
Garnish with lemon zest or wedge and a sprinkle of dill.
