As of September 2018 Castle MacLellan has stopped using black plastic packaging for all our branded products and has replaced it with an opaque/clear plastic pot. This means our pots will now be widely recyclable, therefore helping us to reduce our environmental impact.
Rest assured, the pâté inside our new pot is still the same product you know and love.

This pâté is a blend of smoked and poached salmon, enriched with cream, lemon juice and horseradish.
Ingredients
Smoked salmon (salmon (fish), salt) (25%), single cream (milk) (16%), poached salmon (fish) (15%), full fat soft cheese (milk), water, rapeseed oil, crème fraiche (milk), rice starch, lemon juice (3%), cornflour, egg yolk, olive oil, horseradish root, tomato paste, mustard seeds, black pepper, spirit vinegar, salt.
