Castle MacLellan Pâté Now at Costco

We’re delighted to share that our new artisan pâté is now available in Costco stores nationwide. This marks an exciting new chapter for Castle MacLellan as we bring our new range to more homes and menus across the country.

Our story begins in the artists’ town of Kirkcudbright, Scotland, where we have been making pâté for over 40 years. Every recipe is carefully developed by our chefs and shaped by our passion for local produce and unforgettable flavour.

Food lovers today are increasingly looking for quality and provenance when they shop. People want to know where their food comes from, they want indulgence that feels special, and they’re happy to treat themselves at home. Pâté fits perfectly with this shift, offering a simple way to create food that feels elevated without being complicated.

The launch introduces two of UKs favourite pâté flavours in larger 600g sharing formats, perfect for adding something special to your menu, effortless canapés, starters, or sharing boards.

Castle MacLellan Smooth Chicken Liver Parfait (600g)

A silky, indulgent parfait with a smooth texture and a rich depth of flavour. Made with Scottish cream and a hint of Dumfriesshire heather honey, it strikes the perfect balance of savoury and sweet. It spreads effortlessly onto toasted bread, pairs beautifully with crisp salads, and makes a standout centrepiece on any sharing board.

Castle MacLellan Brussels Pâté (600g)

A timeless classic with a robust, hearty flavour. This pâté is crafted with seasoned pork and chicken liver, brought together with butter, brandy and spices. For a touch of local character, it’s lifted with Galloway Lodge apple preserve, adding a sweetness that cuts through the richness. Perfect with warm crusty bread, oatcakes, or as part of a crowd-pleasing starter.
