- Select large field or portebello mushrooms.
- Remove the stalks. You can keep them to create mushroom soup with our Castle Maclellan Mushroom pate.
- Season the mushrooms and roll in olive oil. Place the potatoes in tin foil lined with greaseproof paper then place on a BBQ.
