Excite your senses with our gourmet BBQ mushrooms, topped with our luxury Oven Roasted Mushroom Pate.



  • 4 large field or Portobello mushrooms
  • 113g of Castle MacLellan Rannoch Smoked Duck Pâté or 113g Castle MacLellan Oven Roasted Mushroom Pâté
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley, to garnish



  1. Select large field or portebello mushrooms.
  2. Remove the stalks. You can keep them to create mushroom soup with our Castle Maclellan Mushroom pate.
  3. Season the mushrooms and roll in olive oil. Place the potatoes in tin foil lined with greaseproof paper then place on a BBQ.
  4. When ready, serve with a spoonful of Castle Maclellan pate.
